Community Care Physiotherapy is a service available for anyone who has a My Aged Care Package.
We provide in-home, mobile Physiotherapy. You will be treated by our experienced Physiotherapists delivering the highest quality of Physiotherapy care in a 1 on 1 environment at your home.

If you suffer an injury at work that requires Physiotherapy we are here to help.
You will require a claim number from your WorkCover insurance agency and we can help you on the way to recovery.
With specialised knowledge in this area, we can provide you the treatment you need whilst communicating with your GP and specialists.
With many years of NDIS experience, our staff can provide Physiotherapy for a wide range of NDIS participants.
We provide consistent contact with the same experienced Physiotherapist for each and every session with our participants.
We work closely with our local GP’s and other health professionals.
This includes accepting Medicare referrals and processing the Medicare rebate as well as offering appointments for DVA patients. Speak with your local GP to see if you are eligible for a referral.
